Opened in December 2013, Montgomery Pharmacy is a family-owned and operated pharmacy in Hamilton, Canada. The Mikhail family has built and established a number of pharmacies and expanded to this location to offer the best services they can provide to the Hamilton community.
We are a family of pharmacists with a strong core belief that patients deserve individualized services to cater to their needs. We have worked for a number of years to build a strong relationship with our Hamilton community by focusing on the needs of every individual and treating them like family! We have grown exponentially through word of mouth, and we continue to grow through their love and support.

About the Owners
Mina Mikhail
After completing a Bachelor’s degree at Brock University, Mina went on to complete a Pharmacy degree at the University of Waterloo. He then moved back home to help his father in the pharmacy and expanded to two locations that serve Stoney Creek and Hamilton. He received his designation as a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist to pursue his passion of helping the elderly address medication-related issues. Mina married Marian who was his classmate at the University of Waterloo in 2013 and is now a Certified Diabetes Educator at Montgomery Pharmacy.
Marian Gurguis
Marian completed both a Bachelor’s degree and a Pharmacy degree at the University of Waterloo. She initiated the diabetes education program at Montgomery Pharmacy and received referrals from physicians to educate patients on diabetes management.
Marian works tirelessly with patients and their family doctor to ensure that patients reach their glycemic goals. She also provides training and counseling on all medications and devices. She has vast experience having worked at Pharmasave, Costco Pharmacy, Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hospital in Hamilton, and Niagara Health Systems in St. Catharines.
Bishoy Mikhail
Bishoy completed his Pharmacy degree at the University of Queensland in Australia. He specializes in Specialty Compounding and has received many certifications and completed training courses to expand his compounding services.
Marina Mikhail
Marina graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and graduated from the University of Toronto with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. While working at Montgomery Pharmacy, she also works at St. Catharines General Hospital as the Mental Health Pharmacist.
